Judging by the people on the forums who ask for it to be changed. they conflate it with real life trans people. Personally, I dislike it (as well as "cuntboy"). but... Porn isn't real life and content creators rely on that (or might not know any better), I guess one takes for granted that people already knew that smut words used to describe entire races which are born that way or can change with a potion=! real trans people who are sadly subjected to slurs and the ilk. If only one could find words to designate fantasy females who were born with male genitalia or fantasy males who were born with female genitalia...

Also, I wish there was a term which specifically refered to a sack-holding/ball-less dick wielder

The fact remains that you are objectively wrong when you use futanari and dickgirl as interchangeable terms and I wish you would just admit it.

I hate to be the one to tell you this but you are wrong about that term. dickgirl encompasses all women with docks regardless of if they have a pussy or not. Shemale (and I'm aware there are people here who hate this term for whatever reason) is the term for a woman with a dick and no pussy. dickgirl encompasses both futanari and shemale.

This exact reason is why I don't care, it gets hyper-specific and I don't care to muddy my smol mind with these big broad terms on which bits are on a crotch or what you like to shag.

Bizarrely, as a trans man I appreciate the existence of the term c-boy, and realize I am very much in the minority. Unlike the opposite beginning with the letter 'S,' it re-affirms the 'boy' part instead of removing the 'fe-' of female. We really do need to standardize some new terms, ideally not as loanwords from hentai.
