After completing the Dhaal dungeon and saving Jill with feruze, a few days later i get this email from Jill

Is this correct? It seems like Feruze went and saved Jill without me.
P.S. - How do i find the after sequence with me and feruze's kid?

I think you might've taken the probe option that you have at the end of the dungeon instead, which is why you got this email. Did you do the fight regarding the zaika with the tail attacks?

I think that sequence shows up if you've successfully impregnated Feruze, cause I've had no issues doing that myself.

This seems to be the way it is written, yes. If you do not explicitly, directly, commit to saving them before any fighting, you will not.
