Umm, I underline bolded the typo, per the debug guide?
As for where in the game, pretty much if you find this sentence anywhere, it should be fixed, since it'd be the same typo regardless of context? I mean, ctrl-f "You're mind is" -> replace "Your mind is", pretty much universally, yeah?
So I'm not sure what you're asking for here?

He means, "which scene is it in?". As in, who's involved, what are they doing, etc..

The point being that it doesn't matter. ANY scene containing those words should be fixed.
There is no situation where the words "You are mind is..." make a sensible sentence.
There is no scene, people involved, etc. that would make that sentence work, so you should just fix them all.
I'm assuming you guys can do "find in project", search all text, or an equivalent, right?
As for why I didn't include it, there's this bit from the bug posting guide:

If you're reporting a typo or small, pure-text error:

• Include a copy of some scene text- not a description of the scene, not the name of the scene or what the button to access it was called. Use text from the actual scene.

But in case it helps, I'm pretty sure it was a scene with Lerris. It's been a while since that scene, but I'm fairly confident, on account of these words from my original post...

Oh, also, pretty sure Lerris is one of the merchants (the one that sells lactaid probably?) on Tavros (the main station with your nursery, etc.), but might have been a resident - not certain.
