For Del to move to Canada station do you have to have it unlocked through Kiro first? If not, do you have to have Kiro's distress call done first aswell? I can't seem to get Del to go to Canada station to get the email for it even though I talked to Carver, said slavery was fine, feminize Del and fucked at least 5 times and waited over 40+ Game days with no email, Idk what i'm doing wrong and would appreciate some help on this.

You do not need Kiro, Del is an alternative method for finding Canadia Station.
Edit: To be fair, this is only what I heard, I already had Kiro and I told Carver to leave Del alone.

Been trying a lot and leads me to believe you do need kiro, which from what i was told Del is able to invite you to Canada station but i've yet to have that happen so its either not implimented correctly or was overlooked.
I just made a new character, lost to Dane, flew to Tarkus, and sexed Del 5 times and picked "Feminize" and "It's fine", I got the message by day 21.

Well i'm unable to get this email to go through and i'm frustrated to say the least. I've done all the pre requisites and i don't know why i'm not getting it. :/
Do you have a recent version of the game? That's really all I've got unfortunately. It sounds like you've done everything necessary, so maybe it's just bugged out.
i'm using it through the play in window and just going from the link there, idk if thats maybe outdated/bugged or whatever.
No, that shouldn't cause any functional differences compared to downloading it. Afaik the upsides to downloading the game is that it will work without an internet connection and be usable with the standalone flash player.
I would make a bug report out of it. Make sure to include the save file, if it's bugged a vague description on its own won't help.

how can i include a save file if i play it through browser? I've never really had to submit a bug report or anything for this
You'll press the "Save to File" button, save the file to your computer, and the attach the file to the post you make like an email attachment.
Look over the "How to" post at the top of the forum as well. It's not very complicated, but it lays out the standards.
Even if it does get immediately resolved, it won't help with your problem right now, as the fix won't go public until next month. I would suggest starting over, and the using the save-editor to regain your level, items, money, and appearance if you want. Having your progress halted by a bug like that is incredibly frustrating, so removing some of the grind is fair play.
How can i edit it so i can get to canada station then? I'm not too familiar with the save editor.

I'm on my phone right now, so I can't say anything and be 100% sure of it, as I can't double check it, but if you go to the "Raw" flag tab and search for Canadia, there is likely a flag that checks if you know where NC is. If you change that to true, it should let you fly there without bugging your game.
i figured it out yea, remember those long lost cheat codes that are in the game you input with v-ko? theres one for unlocking all planets/stations which i found so i got access to everything. Big thanks for trying to help me out
