Quest not being completed after completing the dungeon

After i finish killing the boss and go outside, nothing happens and the logs still says it is not complete

Have you received your reward yet? You need to wait 24 hours and then you will get a reward and the quest will complete.

Does the log say "Cleared Facility, Returned to surface, Waiting for reward"?

Got the same problem. After taking the AI with me and killing the boss I got out of the base.
Lessau doesnt react in any way to me clearing the base.

Log still says Status: Got permission from Dr. Lessau

I can go back in the base but if I do, Its empty and I cant leave anymore.

Turns out some code that was recently added to keep teleport cheats from breaking the quest, broke the quest. Fixed for next patch.
