That's actually intersting question. From one side, there are "no useful TFs" rule. From other, lack of effect would make no sense.

The "no useful TFs" rule has been kicked in the nads and thrown out a window by a couple of tfs in the game or to be in the game.

Well I not sure if those are counted as '"useful TF". Still we not seen people en masse posting that they love so much X or Y TF and perks it's giving.
