What is and isn't allowed when it comes to making custom perks for a custom TF? because I have this concept for a perk for a chameleon TF I MIGHT make down the line that lets you change your skin color whenever you please(in essence, a perk that give you a reusable pickmentation effect) but I don't know if that's too good of a perk effect or not.
I could always conceivably nerf the perk so that it only effects skin and not accent markings, if it gets made...
