Cure Sterility Oxana Problem?

Im confused. My champ's special trait is Messy O. I freaked out a bit when I saw the [cure sterility] button in Evergreen's services. Had copulated with Quin just a few days ago and didnt got knocked up compared to former save with Garret (Goofily in a 3.7 version cuz im dum) so I save-loaded and checked what will happen. (Cuz I have 10k ec for gostlight but ig ill just invest it for Summon circle later).

I tried to buy it and see if the service disappears but it's still there, Fertility+ not actice, and still says "You can't bear children" on the payments. Im confused. Is my character sterile or fertile?

She proposes services even if it has no effect on your character. Also it's totally possible that your character "can't bear children" because he/she/they are already pregnant

I see. ill play a few more days and see if i get the notification for pregnancy. But thanks for the heads up!

There's an easy way to tell if your Champ is pregnant before the game informs you directly; as soon as you get pregnant the description of the Champ's belly gets moved to its own paragraph.
