Cunt Tail and Infertility

How come when I masterbait by fucking my cunt tail it somehow gets it pregnant? i.e produces offspring
Is that how it's supposed to work even though my character is infertile? I understand that cunt tail's have their own reproductive system but shouldn't my PC not be able to impregnate it?

So... I'm not sure what had happened. Perhaps it was the rare time I hadn't taken the infertility perk at the start. I made sure to take the Infertility perk this time around, and even took Sterilex that propped up as 'duds' even after getting my Cunt Tail.
