Cunt Snake Chances

What if killing a cunt snake altered the likely-hood of that cunt snake appearing and fucking increased the likely hood?

The idea already has writing in game and wouldn't require any additional writing. It is simply a matter of support in the code for what feels like useless flavor text.

Do read your own post; as OP mentions, purely mechanical changes are indeed correctly placed here.
