cum highs

I've never done the New Texas transformation before but my character has the Cum Highs perk...but hasn't been able to get cum high since the very first time. She currently has 5L of cum in her mouth (stomach) and 13 L in both her vagina and ass. She is not on cum high cooldown. Am I missing something or am I encountering a bug?


EDIT: When Steele first got cum high she was at stage 3 with like 15 or more liters of Oggy's cum in her stomach. Does she have to like take more than she first time?

Not long? I think I've been trying to figure out how to make it work and have had trists with a number of different characters Charmin, Bimbo Wulfe, Serra and Oggy all come to mind. Is the cooldown invisible to the user?

EDIT: Steele is on Day 36 currently and my saves seem to indicate that she received the perk on or about day 31 and then all the NPC's above so, like, yeah, not long at all.

EDIT: I refreshed the game (I did that earlier too) and then had Bimbo Wulfe put 25L in Steele's ass. She got cum high and has been able to maintain it since.

I have a Steele with Cum Highs and I was able to get it with Service Oggie.
It does require a certain minimum amount. 3 Ls?

Doing some testing, if you're off cooldown, you can't get Cum Highs passively from having more than the threshold already. It can only occur when you take in semen.

It also seems like you have to take in a certain minimum amount to start, though once you are Cum High, taking in any amount resets the duration.
