Cum Cascade not working

Hey, has anyone else noticed that cum cascade effects arent triggering when you ingest cum? cause thats how its been ever since I downloaded the most recent public build.

Your character needs to be level 2 or higher to unlock it in her inventory.

I'm level 10. And bought it previously a long time ago on another version of the game.
