It might've been from the off chance that I was just an impatient bitch or something, but earlier I tried to teleport into the Breedwell Centre without getting the email from Tamani. Naturally, nothing worked, so I went to get it legitimately.
After I went through all the processes, the Cubicle for milking is still locked, leaving me unable to donate sperm.
Edit: In previous times where I came into Breedwell, both options were always open. Now it seems I have to donate 500,000ml before accessing it, which is kinda annoying since they could just look for a viable penis, but eh.
