Cruff/VavaGroom: Who can "own" the PC?

Just arrived at Uveto and went to Vava Groom. There after asking some questions I got the question (after picking Pet) of if someone already owns my PC, or if I'm a Pet In-waiting. After browsing through the wiki page for Vava Groom and Cruff and not finding any relevant information, I come here to ask the question on the title of this thread. Have you found any NPCs or formed bonds that allow you to answer their names as your owner, or is that future planned content for now?

Unfortunately, the three I mentioned plus the general "pet-in-waiting" responses are the only ones Nonesuch wrote for that scene, and no-one's written other options since. Chances are, either Belle wasn't in-game when he wrote Vava Groom, or he forgot about/didn't want to write an option for her.

Apologies in advance for how dickish this will be, but something else I seriously want is some more fleshing out of some of the stuff on Uveto Station and Irestead. Vava Groom still comes off as unfinished; like there's more to be added in but nobody's gotten around to it yet.

And Irestead still has that Hunters Lodge or whatever that I swear the dev team said they would remove years ago that literally has nothing in it.

I get that Uveto isn't top priority, and never really has been, but this has always stuck out to me, and has for the longest time.

Again, sorry if I'm being an asshole here, I just couldn't for the life of me figure out how to phrase this more tactfully and figured i should just rip the bandaid off.

Hey, just completed Sera's quest to try and get her as a companion. I might be missing something but I did choose all the best options (thanks to the wiki). Do I need to do something in order to get her as a crewmate besides turning her into a slut? I'm asking this because I'm not sure if breaking her after turning her into my mistress will change things.
Also approaching Vava Groom again after having the encounter status state Sera is my PC's mistress doesn't seem to open any new options. Does it need to be a fresh encounter?

Sera's dom and sub routes are almost entirely mutually exclusive - the closest you can get to overlap is getting a good score on Disco 3000 and then buying out her contract before her money arrives (i.e. within a week; if you don't, you're locked into her being dominant), and all that really does is give you the option to choose which one you want to do going forward.

Also, the owner/pet talk at Vava Groom is a one-time scene, and you can only pick one option.

Oh, yeah. Vava Groom is such a good idea! Too bad the commission wasn't completed.

Come to think of it, it would be nice to have the option to chat with Cruff about your pets/owners more than just the once.
