Critical Error encountered when dropping item

Critical Error procced after an 'Assist' encounter with Shelly. Didn't have any space in my inventory for a small pink egg, so I moved over one female zil honey I had so I would have space for the egg. Done this exchange before many a times (altho not specifically with female zil honey??) without issue. This time, on pressing confirmation that these are the items I won't to drop the critical Error appeared with this text;

I couldn't find a smoking gun that could cause this, but I found a few places to squeeze something in that may catch it in the future.
