Crash When Attempting to Equip Ballistic Underlayer 0.69.420 -PUBLIC#1280

Lost a fight against a Varmint on NT, realized I didn't have the Ballistic Underlayer on, so I went to equip it and bam instant crash.

A critical error has occurred. Please create a bug report on the forums here. Please include what you did before the error and a screen-shot or copy-paste of the error message below: Version: 0.69.420 -PUBLIC#1280 useFunction for (BallisticUnderlayer) must be overriden in a child class!

Some testing suggests this is a problem with the Disarmed status. Pheromonal Jungle Lure and Lighting Duster crashed in exactly the same way.
Weapons also crash if you try to equip them. Clothing does not.
