I think you just gotta keep going back there on different days

Each unique day you enter the Crash Landing increments the score counter by 1 and sets the 'last day visited' flag to the current day, necessitating 9-10 days of unique visits. (The first ever visit does not update/set the day tracking flag, letting you get 2 visits in the first day - though this may have changed between versions.) You need 10 or more on the score counter to have access to all dialogues, (any) scene changes, and the quest. (Quest also requires at least one sexual encounter with Karrah, Kiki, Monika, and Josie if I'm remembering it correctly.) Karrah's dialogue before entering the bar proper can be used to tell when you've moved up a stage to regular/favorite without having to check the Codex.
