Cow Girl Bovine Exception?

From what I can tell, it's impossible to become a female Minotaur without save editing, as Bovinium removes fur and changes your face to human as an early TF. Personally Female Cow Morphs were one of my favorite character forms back in CoC using Pro-Bova, so would it be possible to put in an exception in the Bovinium TF that it doesn't remove Bovine faces or fur? Or perhaps even make a Pro-Bovinium with added features if a new TF is needed for it?

Making Pro-Bovinum thing may be easier than trying to come with some weirdy rules when it remove fur or change from bovine faces into human. You may look toward Coach and his bovinum-like TF (Holastaria if I recall name well) as it seems more easy to justify been some new version of it made.

Isn't the bovine TF that is supposed to be implemented with @Couch's Cynthia exactly what you are looking for?
