Cousin gender

Just a simple question really, I am part way through a run as a femboy Steele with Jill as the cousin/rival but I have had second thoughts about it, is there a way to change their gender mid-game through cheats or the save editor? Or am I stuck and have to start a whole new game?

It can be changed by Save Editing. In Start-5's editor, you should be able to change PC to RIVAL and edit it.
