You know, I honestly can't think of any. I don't think an "all the way through" scene exists in CoC2. I can't even think of one from TiTS either. I know TiTS has at least one where your filled with so much cum it shoots out the other end scene, but where the head pops out of your mouth (which is what I'm assuming you mean)? Can't think of a single one, at least with the herm/futa girls at least, I don't do most of the male scenes, just the femboys. Maybe the Behemoth has one? I don't think most bedicked characters in the game are larger than 12" and at most 24" Which fantastically or realistically isn't long enough to do what you want anyways. I can't even think of one that goes past 24" - again maybe the Behemoth, but I think that's the exception.

Yeah, this is what I mean. Behemoth doesn't have it, or if it does it requires a smaller character than I was playing unfortunately, but it was a cum all the way through scene. Which is the closest I've ran into. Unfortunate that you can't name any even from tentacles though, that tends to be the most common way it's done even if it's not my preferred, I prefer cock all the way through.
Yeah it's niche, I've seen it nearly as much as hyper in general though (for tentacles, not the other way.) which these games are full of so that's surprising to me.
Not a lot of tentacle scenes either in CoC2, there is a halloween scene you can do with Cait, and then there are the plant girls, Alraune, but I don't think they do that either, least not that I remember. I'd argue that kind of content is more on the extreme side, and fen and co games tend to stay away from those for the most part.
