Yes, there are plenty of scenes that give you corruption. So far, you can't hit max corruption -- we're saving that for a bit later. Corruption is a pretty important story mechanic. Generally speaking, it makes you more selfish and inclined to prioritize your own pleasure over others'. Not necessarily a puppy-kicking evildoer.
You can hit Max corruption currently. If you have sex with the corrupted centaur it will get you up to 40 corruption. If you then go north, have sex with Kysarrea willingly, get pregnant from her, and then choose to watch in the issuing imp gangbang you'll get to 100 corruption.

My mistake. I can't remember if this is intended or not tbh, but I don't think it is.
There's hard caps on how much corruption you can get from certain events/scenes, but not in general. It's fine if the PC can hit 100; there's no real ramification for doing so.
