HOW do i get the "the Belharan Empire" in my codex??? I talked to evelyn, I talked to Lyla how????

I am not sure about a specific Belharan Empire entry, but if you mean Arms & Tactics, Armies & Warriors, or Culture of War that would probably be talking with Lt. Jen or Annika in Lumia's Palace of Light.
