Companion alternate sets busts

You can go to the Frosthound and check out your companions appearances there.
The busts aren't meant to change the character art in the Journal, only the portrait. Their one-off images are intended to appear when they first acquire the set and images you've already seen should also be unlocked in the Gallery.
Talk to Brint and click on "Appearance". You should be able to see his Winter Knight outfit there, if he has it equipped. Same goes for any companion wearing non-base-set gear.
*Assuming art of it exists and is implemented.
f.ex Moira was working on Hexblade Cait forever ago but never finished it, so no art of that yet.
And I'm sad every day that this remains true, because her rough draft looks great.
Set art isn't going to vary based on companion TFs (or other conditions, like pregnancy). That would be...a lot.
There's a LOT of art in general, though most of it's just of her default form
DCL did a full set of busts for her TFs, but they don't include updates for her sets -- no companion's will. Except Azzy I guess but her sets and TFs are the same thing
