I have recently noticed that many new projects have emerged.

This is a pleasant thing to observe, but the demand for labor increases.
Artists, programmers, people with animation skills... *Demand* !!!

That being said, I've been watching a few discussions on Legend of Krystal forums.

There is a topic with something to help the new creators, who want to build a team. A list of people with programming skills, code, animation and more.

All of that data doesn't seem terribly usable. Not only have you got people on that list from all the way back to 2012, who might have moved on already, almost nobody has actually bothered to support their claim of competence.

I realized that too.

But this topic was created in 2012, and has been edited recently and still receives comments.
