They're planet specific, but some can be found on two planets:
Mhen'ga: BXBI Chapter 1, BXBI Chapter 2 (if you already have Chapter 1), Satyr Slave, Tentacle Trouble for Turned-On Tanukis (if you've met Kiro and Syri)

Also: If you've collected all the stories on a planet, a new rare drop may replace them.
