First couple questions I have are related to the in-game Codex.
1) Does it represent the player character's knowledge, initial and accumulated, or is it just there for the player's benefit?
2) If it does represent character knowledge, is it supposed to be an actual in-game object, something like a stack of random books and journals in the player character's posession?
3) Is the information presented there supposed to be reliable and objective or can some of it be biased reporting and unreliable narration?
Finally, a small question unrelated to the Codex that I didn't want to create a separate thread for: is everything in the game besides tile descriptions supposed to have author credits, or are there some other categories of exceptions?
