Minoblood Wine has... four? colour options upkn getting a horsecock: black, brown, dark red or mottled pink & black; Wyld Wine & Belharan Stew can make a white horsecock.

Really, I never knew that, because I always got the color I wanted the first try, how do you even get the color you want? Do you keep taking mini blood?
You can get a black horse dong from the Cackle Berries and the Faux Cow's Milk Candy, if I remember correctly. If you want a red horse cock, or the mottled pink and black, you'll need to take the Minoblood Wine again after switching to a different cock type.
I believe the horsecock you get for fucking the corrupted centaur marauders is always the color of your skin, not the normal horsecock colors.

It’s weird, because I used the mini blood that’s refined with turgid mushroom, and I didn’t get the description where is says the color and that it retracts into a sheath, until I saved and kept using them hoping it would change the color, and it did
Yeah the color isn't actually reflected in the scene where it says your PC's cock has changed to a horsecock. You've either got to check in your PC's Appearance screen for what color it is / changed to, or check up in the dev console by:
If it's blank (_color: "") like the above it seems to mean that it's the same color as your PC's skin color; but if it differs the value in the "" will reflect as such (such as _color: "brown", meaning that you PC's cock is brown in color). The steps above will differ if your PC has two cocks (you'll have to check both individually), so you'll have to repeat the step clicking the down arrow by 1: Object { … }, then look for the _color: "" as well to see the second cocks color.
But as I said, probably just easier to check in your PC's Appearance screen after the scene of your PC "acquiring" a horsecock(s) to check the color, and reload if it's not the color you want. You can only change the color of the horsecock if your PC doesn't already have one iirc, so either using Root of Man (or a Turgid Mushroom infused Root of Man) to clear it or just retry via reloading and using the TF again (well for Minoblood Wine as it gives different colors, some TF's such as Mares Barley only result in a horsecock that is black in color).

Actually I did change the horsecock color while I already had a horsecock, I did check the appearance screen at first cuz I thought that I got the black color, then I went into the masterbation and it described my cock as a cream color, I just wasn’t fully aware of how minoblood fully works I guess
