[CoCII 0.6.0] No Option to Arrest Gytha in the Frostwoods

Giving context, I am at the point in the RynQuest where all I need to do is just go the Minotaur, talk to him in the Ice Palace and then start the quest. My problem is that I am unable to arrest Gytha in the Frostwoods. Only able to Pursue her for rematches and nothing else.

So when the quest starts, and I reach the square, I always encounter her in Drazia instead of the Dragon Knight image on the site post.

Am I missing something, or is this a bug? Here is the save file for testing.

I loaded your save and ran into her as soon as I leave WC or walk onto combat tiles in the forest from the Wayfort. It might have been an issue that got fixed in a hotfix, maybe? Have you tried downloading again since then?
