I say possible because it is unclear if this is an intentional feature or a genuine bug because of how massive this expansion is.
->Whichever outcome you pick (Excluding what I believe as the 'True Path' of talking to Matiha) regarding Matiha's fate whether in the Wayfort or give to Evergreen's care, Matiha can always be found in the Fortress.
->Also, there does not seem to be any content visible of her being put in Evergreen's care. Was hoping to see what shenanigans Evergreen and her daughters have been up to with the mage.
