Once I enter the Knot Cave, Drifa instantly changes to her corrupted attitude and is described as fighting using Rimescore

To be fair i just push through the dungeon and I didn't noticed it - Plus this is the first time I reverse corrupt Drifa. Try this one, sadly as template I took my Drifa here but I think size-wise is the same like yours.
