Confirmed that when you receive the Redemption Quest for Kassyra, it describes that you have both notes regarding that Tollus intends to seal her power by having the Faceless Blade as a reference point. And prior to this before the quest is written in the journal, mentioned that you need to commune with the gods for assistance on this subject.
However, what it didnt mention is that there are no actual prompt in this current version that advances this questline. The familiar tagline "This is as far as the current progress of the quest." is actually missing from the description.
