For removing cursed items try Nadia, the horse/alicorn-morph healer who becomes your lover after a bunch of fights. You can also try the bar in He'Xin'Dao. There's another healer there.
The Troll Village is found by wandering around, either in the initial explore area or in the plains. I don't recall which. It's a boring place.
