Don't know anything about level-gated encounters, but what Electra is doing in those scenes is transferring her charged to you, meaning she gets some respite from horny lightning overcharge but now you can't masturbate until the charge dissipates.
Well, you can. It just won't help.
Anyway, that little bit has nothing to do with your Raiju score, because you're not the one building the charge.

I've noticed a handful of scenes seem to bring up a completely blank screen. The most notable case of this is if I choose to stay with Corrupted Marae; I don't get the game over screen, I get an empty box with the options still at the bottom.

Bosses are random you never know which boss will spawn but a boss spawn about at each 50 floor. The chimera only spawn if you are on the quest.

As for Chi Chi look for the ruby ring. The priestess is the gargoyle back at the temple.

How do I get the guns from tripxi that you have to find the parts for? I found the desert eagle parts and went back to her to make it, but it said I had to wait a day for Tripxi to make it.

If you go to the perk database, any perk that requires a certain race (i.e. Draconic Lungs needing you to be the Dragon race) counts towards the chimera perks. even with the Apex perks, you can still get the perks by changing to the required race, getting the perks, and changing to another race.

So, I've completely repaired the altar and statue of Marae + the benches in the temple. I've also bought and tried talking to Chi Chi while I had in my inventory The Ring of Fire Protection, the Power Ring (M) or the Power Ring (R), but it still says that I'm missing something for the big leap. Have I missed something?

Something is broken in the new version, when I try to sleep the time doesn't reset, the hour just keeps going up past 24 and the game softlocks.

I believe this to be the infamous heat/rut bug that only happens if player is a hermaprodite salamander or hellcat. It was fixed in my GIT Pull request but orm skipped on it so well have to wait for orm to properly grab on my GIT Pull request for herm mander and hellcat to be playable again.
