I tested it on a Mac desktop that’s really old, and it loads just fine, but when I try to play it on a 2020 MacBook Air, it doesn’t want to load, anybody know what’s up?

Which browser are you using on the MacBook Air; and is it a different browser than the one you were using on the Mac desktop?
We don't support Apple systems or the Safari browser. If it works, great, if not, oh well. The browsers we support are, and only are: Chrome and Firefox.
I mean it works, but if it works on one it should work on the other, and that’s what I want to know
