Desperation + Die Another Day
Used to be you could sit at low HP and take advantage of Desperation. Between the reduction to the passive Evasion cap and the auto-heal from DAD, this is no longer viable.
Shoot First + Anything
You generally want to open a difficult fight with Flash Grenade, Stealth Field Generator or Booster Pack/Lift Off, in which case, you don't get the free shot.
Merc
Bigger Guns
Merc is heavily incentivized to raise Physique, and is probably the Class most likely to wear Power Armor.
Lunge + Vaulting Strike
Melee Mercs already have an easy way to hit Flying targets via Lunge. The cooldown makes the bonus damage vs Flying less valuable.
As an aside, Mercs have no in-class way to Trip, and there are only two weapons with Trip Chance.
Anybody agree? Disagree? Others I haven't thought of?
