Check Treatment Status and Kind?

This might seem like a silly question but for the life of me I can't find it in how the codes information is organized. I was running a new character in my downtime and wanted to fully explore the treatment and some other things. I know I gave her the treatment but I can't for the life of me find where it would be located to check on it if it is labeled somewhere. I figured it'd be under the medical section but nope lol

Any help would be appreciated. And thanks in advance.

Edit: Just dropping this here in case anyone else has a similar issue. It's under the Perks menu in the appearance menu. Got the Amazon Treatment personally. Weird place to put it imo but thanks all!

If the Treatment is in progress, there will be an icon in the status bar.

If it's been completed, look at which perks you got to determine which type you had.

I believe it also says which Treatment variant you got somewhere in the Codex.

Only says which you got in the log while the treatment is active. Once it finishes just says treated. You have to use the wiki to cross-reference the perks you got for which version. The log also says which you have as soon as you use it.
