A while ago I made this build and I'd like to know if it's still up to date or if there are better options regarding powers or equipment.
Thanks

Buffer/Support Charmer

Stats: Presence, Willpower, Agility.

Powers
At-Will: Song of Courage (before lvl4 : Bolstering Dance)
Recharge: Blessing & Aria of the Waves or Group Heal.
Encounter: Dawnbreak (before: summon)
Ultimate: Unbreakable or Inspiration.

Gear: Anything that gives leadership, next to that Initiative and Spell power. Crown of Winter for Dawnbreak, Harp of the Waves for Aria of the Waves.

Companions: Weapon based DPS (to benefit from the weapon buffs from Dawnbreak), AoE powers like Cleave are also welcome. Brint/Brienne, Arona, Azyrran.
Etheryn for second companion (buff to your initiative, weapon dps and a bit of healing in her Outrider set).

Blessing + Dawnbreak will still nuke nearly everything. You might consider Sorran Chant as one of your recharges since it heals as much as Group Heal and empowers weapons. I would definitely pick unbreakable over inspiration. Revive is also another ultimate choice. If you are fine with going Valkyrie, then their ultimate of aura of vigor is really good with charmers.

Thanks.
I'm thinking of replacing Aria of the Waves with Sorran Chant and maybe free the off-hand slot for something more interesting or anything that gives more Leadership.

I agree about Unbreakable, I run with it most of the time.

Not really into Valkyries, and this character is often bound to Keros, but I'll look into it (and it could be useful for someone else)

Finaly updated the build. I leave it here, in case someone is interested.

Role: Singing your friends into becoming death dealing machines
Race: Human
Background: Noble Scion/ Minstrel/Courtesan
Class: Charmer (Expert Inspiration)
Attributes: Presence, Agility, Cunning
Powers:
  • At-Will: Cadence of Power
  • Recharge: Blessing and Song of Storms
  • Encounter: Resplendent Aria
  • Ultimate: Unbreakable (or, if Valkyrie, Aurora Of Vigor)
Gear:
  • Primary weapon: Ensnaring Trident
  • Off-hand: Parasol / Harp of the Weaves
  • Head: Patrician Mask
  • Shoulders: Cloak of Winter
  • Chest: Dancer’s Silk
  • Hands: Scaredy Cat Gloves
  • Waist: Fluffy Sash
  • Feet: Kunoichi Footwear
  • Neck: Cultist Charm
  • Rings: Guldring, Ring of Temptation
  • Underclothes: Any top that gives +3 Sexiness, Any bottom that gives +4 Sexiness
Notes :
  • Attributes: Presence is your main stat, providing base Leadership and Sexiness. Agility adds to your Initiative and Evasion. I take Cunning as my third to reduce base threat and for roleplay checks but you can pick anything you want instead.
  • Powers: Cadence of Power is a significant offensive boost and requires no additional actions from you. Blessing is just that—Blessing, the best buff in the game, with double duration thanks to Expert Inspiration (EE). Song of Storms scales with Sexiness and deals the most damage of all weapon buffs. Resplendent Aria is a versatile power, allowing you to refresh your buffs early or enabling your companions to hit again with their recharge powers. Unbreakable makes you invincible for 6 turns with EE, and Aurora of Vigor provides another valuable team buff.
  • Gear: With Cadence of Power, every 5 points of Sexiness are effectively worth 1 point of Leadership. We could gain more Leadership with Conqueror’s Breastplate, but the additional Sexiness from Dancer’s Silk also contributes to Song of Storms and keeps you light, which benefits both Stylish and initiative.
  • Suggested Companions: Any companion with weapon-based powers will benefit from Song of Storms. I tend to prefer default Etheryn (Outrider) since she brings weapon-based attacks, group healing, and a boost to initiative. However, you have many options. Spellblades like Hexblade Cait or Spirit Totem Arona benefit significantly from your boosts to both Attack Power and Spellpower, dealing massive damage.
  • In Play: You start with Blessing, and most battles are essentially decided at that point. Between your Leadership, Cadence of Power, and Blessing, your companions receive a boost of over +200 to their offensive stats.
