Changing ones body frame

I used to know how to adjust my body's frame so I could it narrow or lithe, but been awhile since I played and now I'm checking Kitteh's mod. I have forgotten what I can do to lower my frame rating aside from using the editor. This is one of the few things you cannot adjust with reducto or Shouldra. I'm thinking fox gems might do it, though I'm still a little ways off before I start slammin those to get the kitsune features I want.

HA! I'm an idiot, I just remembered this is the fat/thin stat and I can reduce it by jogging at the gym. Ya, I'm not used to the mod, so guzzling on Urta's cock, or drinking Ember's milk, or Isabella's milk, or anyone elses bodily fluids that can count as food makes you fat as fuck.
