Thought I'd try posting another RP here for the hell of it.
The idea I have in mind is your character is an effeminate/androgynous male. College, either through experimentation or bullying (he's in a club or something and the girls force him to) he discovers he's interested in crossdressing. And he passes easily, people would never know he wasn't a girl without looking underneath. He tries to keep it secret but sometimes he goes out while dressed up. Or he might start a cosplay youtube channel or something where he plays a girl, and eventually gets invited to cons and dresses up, hiding his real identity.
My character is a normal guy. Through normal interaction either at conventions or in normal day-to-day life, they bump into each other. He likes the "girl" he sees and invites her out. Your character tries to keep up appearances and agrees to go for a date. One date turns to two, eventually to more. He never imagined himself becoming interested in another guy, but over time he does start feeling romantic feelings for my character. But still feels apprehensive about "being with" another man. So he comes up with a strange idea for my character to turn yours "into a girl." Either through hypnosis or brainwashing or just good old TLC training. He wants to be trained into being a "girl." Afterwards, she will come into being a female, her crossdressing being her norm now. As time goes on they'll explore more kink and have more fun.
If you want to go with the girls bullying him angle, we could say my character is the ringleader's ex boyfriend, and after our two get together, they take revenge on the girls and turn them into their sex slaves, maybe even turning the ringleader into a trap as well.
