Centaur Packleader Transformation Issue

So, when you fuck the packleader, you're supposed to get 3 different events where your cock size increases by 3", 3", then 6" (with Well Hung). However, the first transformation isn't occurring. Can someone figure out a reason for this? I tried it on multiple saves, as well as an earlier version, to no avail. I've attached my save.

Well I don't know - maybe the fact that you char has 39 inch dick has something to do with it ? Limits exist. Below edited save file to 2 inch -> first try and goes to 5.

Odd. It's worked several times in the past, albeit in a bugged way. It used to shoot me up from 39 to 54 (just limit testing for fun).

Welp, I'm dumb. I figured it out. I thought it procced on the first time you fucked him, but it actually starts on the second. So, a total of four times brings it from 39 to 54, I just remembered wrong.
