Just out of curiosity, i wanna know: in exchange for getting information of Cait's dad, there's an option on Lady Evergreen siring or getting pregnant by MC in Cait's stead, or Lady Evergreen whisking away Cait. If she whisks away Cait, what did the giant milfy tanuki woman do to Cait, this was never specified, and I've been meaning to asked this for the longest, can someone help me out here.

It's intentional that you don't know. Considering all of the context surrounding Cait before and after, it's a safe assumption (but only an assumption) that Cait traded magical knowledge like a grimoire from her homeland, as that is likely the only other thing Lady Evergreen would be interested in besides children. It's completely and explicitly up to your interpretation.
