Not A Bug Carmelita not appearing at Tavros

I got the backer build today, and she’s appearing in my image pack so I know I downloaded the right one, she’s just not appearing at the bar. I have every probe so that’s not the problem.

Any thoughts?

she's been public for a while, so getting the backer version is irrelevant. what is the specific version number you have, because the event procs as intended on both public and backer version .9.113

Seems like it should be working fine. The only hard requirement to meet her the first time is that you have the Tarkus coordinates unlocked.
