At least on dev, it seems to work. Am I doing it right?
I click "Concierge", "Capsule" then next twice.

If I'm not mistaken, the complaint is about the 'Wait' command, specifically. If you click it, it partially acts like you're in the Wait menu, but the buttons don't appear.
I could see this going either way. On the one hand, it's a standard option, so it might be jarring that you can't use it. On the other, you're trying to rest in a business specifically for resting. They might not like that (in which case, the menu button should probably be disabled.)
