Can't update the imagepack

As the title suggests, I can't update the imagepack. I'm playing on windows 10. I thought the problem might be because of my region since it started when Fenoxo website started barely working in my region (it happened somewhere in October or September, I think), but VPN doesn't solve the issue. Any ideas how to fix this?

If you start the executable for the game with a command window, you should see a bunch if log output about the pack updating process, there may be some clues in there for us to work with. It's possible the pack installation process has just gotten into a weird state, but gotta check them logs first to see where the problem might be.
