can't talk to kiro

i can't talk to kiro, i have helped her with her balls problem but i'm still not able to talk to her and i have already gotten her to 100% in trust but her recruitment quest not activating. I tried different bars to see if i can talk to her but no luck.

yeah i know i been waiting on that i went pass 5 or 6 days waiting for the call and kiro still haven't disappear from bars and i already did the meet her sister on canada aswell.

i tried it again it took a few more try's and i got the call.

ok the crew quest is resolve but i'm still having problems with talking with kiro in the bar it keep says she's not in the mood to talk even though i relieve her
