Can't run into Zo?

Hi all!

This is my first time running into a problem with this game! I've been playing for years now, and I love it so much that I became a Patreon backer a couple of months ago.

Anyways! I'm having a problem with being able to meet Zo. I found the star by Pupperridge Farms where you are supposed to be able to meet her, but it won't let me go into it! I've tried everything I feel like. Am I supposed to do something before I'm allowed to meet her? Any type of suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

(I put a screenshot of what I see right by Zo's block. I've even waited each hour to try and see if it's a timing thing I'm missing)

You need to explore on that tile (the one from screenshot, not the one with star).

As was said, the dotted line means it's a tile you haven't discovered via exploration yet. So. Explore on that tile. You're guaranteed to unlock it in five attempts or less.
