Can't level up

Hey I was playing the mobile version and after a while I realised the I had the required 250,000/250,000 but it never showed the prompt.

If someone can help with this I would really appreciate it!

Max level is 5 currently.

Thanks for the answer but I have another. Is it the max on all platform or just the max on mobile?

All platforms, you can keep track of exactly what's in the game by checking out the version history page on the wiki and you can see that, for example, the level cap has been 5 for almost exactly a year now. The mobile version tracks the PC version exactly.
