Can't give savicite to tuuva

I'm trying to raise Tuuva's affection to get her events, but it seems like the only repeatable way to gain affection according to the wiki is to give her savicite, but I don't see a menu option for this. Does it mean to buy items from her or was that option just removed. And if so, is there another way to raise her affection?

I've gotten that same issue. Even tried selling it to her and nothing has worked so far.

I ended up a) saving her in the siege b) talking to her a lot whenever I was in the Hold and then c) she wanted to get down. Don't think I ever sold her any Sav.
