Cant get Spiritstone

It says in the patch notes that even if you already looted the idol you can get the thing from the fertility ritual, but i dont see anything there. do i need to meet a certain requirement or something? or have i borked my save with all my editing? file included

It's likely that you've decided not to steal it back then. Any action that is not fighting and then stealing means no idol.

Interrupting gets you into a fight. You can have sex with the Priestess afterward, but if you didn't take the Idol first, you're out of luck.
Flirting and Apologizing just makes them leave without fighting you.

Shit. I guess I screwed myself then.

Whatever I won't kick up a stink about this anymore, I'll just jump into the save editor and do it over again. If Jacques feels like this is something he wants to tweak I'll leave that up to his discretion.
