Cant get Slave uniform

This is a weird one. for some reason, I cant aquire a slave uniform by any means. When i try and use cheats, it vanishes from my inventory instantly, and when i try to buy it, no matter how many times i hit the button to purchase nothing happens.

I have no clue why this is happening.

I was able to spawn one in with cheats and equip it, but could not buy one for whatever reason. Same with my saves as well.

OK, cheats work, but the buy menu is still fubar.
